ABC Annual Corporate Induction

Over the years, we've been working with Aditya Birla Capital to develop and integrate a creative segment to their annual induction program, while aligning with the objectives of 1) Facilitating the transition from a college atmosphere to the corporate culture 2) Anchoring the values and their FAIR culture points and 3) Providing an immersive experience to disengage before the official commencement. The program, having been conducted since 2017, has grown to become an inter-disciplinary, live experience masterclass that has its roots in music and theatre.
